The most classic dish is “The Farby,” which consists of braised “roast beef,” creamy signature vegan cheese, red ranch on a soft toasted onion bun, is served with curly fries and horseradish aioli. Overall, Morels Café’s food is delicious and a healthier option, so it’s really a win, win situation.
