They use Mountain Bird Coffee from Eureka Springs, which is also known as Stevie’s espresso for all of their drinks. The organic Peruvian roast from Rozark Hills is their regular house coffee and is a delightful way to start the morning. If you need to substitute two percent, whole, or skimmed milk for something with no lactose, the baristas are more than happy to make your favorite latte or cappuccino with soy or almond milk.
