Zipline Brewery

A previous winner of the ‘Small Business of the Year’ award, Zipline Brewery is proud of their reputation as an eco-friendly microbrewery. By recycling approximately 75 percent of their solid waste and implementing water saving techniques in their brewing process, the company successfully remains committed to protecting the environment whilst simultaneously providing great beers for their customers. Established in 1990, Empyrean Brewing Company was originally part of Nebraska’s first brew pub, Lazlo’s Brewery and Grill, before it later expanded into its very own establishment. They are one of the largest breweries in the midwest and participate in the Haymarket Beer Questevery Autumn. Come here for a gigantic selection of beer, including Black Ale, Lemon Weizen and Mochachino Milk Stout.

This restaurant-brewery combo stands out for its unique brewing technique, a method which involves using an ingredient called wort to allow individual stores to brew in small batches on-site.
